The first most thing you need to do is place an order for the type of service you wish to receive for your trainers. It may be full trainer customisation service, trainer clean & re-dye and trainer clean & refresh services. Once you have selected the type of service, you can checkout and print your Paypal receipt for the type of service you selected along with any special requirements. Then send the trainers to us (AT YOUR COST) along with your phone number and specific instructions. As soon as we receive your order and the trainers, we will inform you via text or email.

After receiving your order, the professionals at Trainer Restoration will start deep cleaning your trainers to make them ready for the leather or suede paints if required. The type of treatment depends upon the level of service required by the individuals. All trainers are restored to exceptional standards with some trusted and proven techniques. They also restore color with deep clean treatment while taking out all the dirt, stains, and marks. If customers have asked for full trainer customisation, the process will be adjusted accordingly.

Once the cleaning, painting, dying and customisation process is over, the professionals will send back the trainers to your doorstep. We will notify you via email or text when the shoes are ready. We will send the product back via APC 24-hour service and you will also get notified about the possible delivery hour slot. After receiving the delivery, you can post the photo of the restored trainer on social media to receive a 10% discount on your next order.
